Allow us to design an Envelope Mailing Program that best suits your parish's financial needs!

We offer a wide range of offering envelope designs, colors and lithographs. Envelope sets can be mailed with any frequency that best fits your parish budget.

Using our mailing systems increases your giving response and allows the parish to have ongoing communication with the parishioners.

Mailing Frequencies

This is a schedule of how often the parish mails a set of contribution envelopes to the parishioners. Our Parish Consultants can help you decide which Mailing Frequency suits the parish best.

Monthly
Mailed twelve times per year. Envelopes are mailed every month to parishioners reminding them of their obligation to support the parish. This system usually generates greater income than other frequencies.
Bi-Monthly
A two months supply of envelopes are mailed 6 times per year, every other month. This system DECREASES postal costs by half.
Quarterly
A three months supply of new envelopes are mailed four times per year. Envelopes are mailed to parishioners every three months making this system more cost effective.
Semi-Annual
Mailed twice per year. Six month supply of envelopes are mailed at a time to parishioners. This system has less flexibility than other systems.
Annual
An entire one year supply Personalized Box Set of envelopes is mailed to individual parishioners or bulk shipped to the parish in alphabetical or numerical order to be handed out. Non-addressed Box Sets are also available.

- Envelope number barcoding for ease of contribution recording
- No charge for List Maintenance and bar coding of envelopes
- Envelopes are personally addressed to your parishioners giving them a greater sense of belonging to the parish and therefore a greater sense of giving
- Envelopes are dated for every Sunday and Holy Days plus any special collections you choose
Provides Flexibilty
- The flexibility to update your parishioner list before the next available mailed set of envelopes by email, fax, mail and disk
- Envelopes can be added or deleted before the next available mailing
- Special printed messages can be included in every mailing to keep parishioners informed of current church happenings
- Adding mailback envelopes to each mailing provides a means for your parishioners to mail their contributions to the church when they are unable to attend mass
- Packets of envelopes can be mailed at any frequency - Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual or any other special frequency required
- Extra envelope packets of your current mailing can be printed and delivered to the parish to be given to new parishioners to use until they receive their own addressed sets
- Stock supplementary envelope sets are also available and are addressed and mailed to the new parishioner within 10 business days of registration
Postal Savings
- We analyze your parishioner list to determine the most cost effective mailing method provided by the U.S. Postal Service
- Envelope sets are presorted to U.S. Postal Service standards and regulations giving your parish the best possible postage rate available
